These Terms govern your use of Asterism’s website and mobile app. By using Asterism you agree to them.
The service
Asterism helps you draft and post review replies for connected platforms. You are responsible for the replies posted from your account, whether you approve each one or turn on auto-reply. AI drafts are suggestions until you approve them or they post under auto-reply settings you chose.
Accounts and platforms
You must have the right to connect any review platform account you link, and you must follow that platform’s terms when using the integration. By connecting an account, you authorize us to read its reviews and post replies on your behalf, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are sold through the Apple App Store. Pricing, trials, renewals, and cancellations follow Apple’s rules and the plan you select in the app. Taxes may apply. We may limit automated or unusually heavy use of AI rewrites to protect the service. Google Business Profile itself is free from Google; your subscription pays for Asterism.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers’ data, or use Asterism to post unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee ranking improvements, review outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before a claim.
